Assistant manager Crystal

Crystal is an amazing person very friendly very polite tries to help you as much as you can. It's nice to go into the office and you're treated with a big smile way to go Crystal!!

Love my apartment

Love my apartment, and my large patio are. The Office staff is amazing, Kristal helped me with all my move in procedures. I love how we have a park right by us and an area to have bbq or partys. I am so happy to be a resident here.

BEST APARTMENTS AND STAFF

The staff is the absolute best! Super friendly and super professional! Always make you feel like you matter! Kandace is the absolute best ! Always willing to help and the smile on her face is always there ! Love love love them!

Parking

Yhe parking is the only thing that I see is frustrating bc it is come and go. But wished it was a lil bettter in that aspect.

Trash

You know I must like it here been in this apartment fifteen years. If we have to pay $10 monthly fee for the yard to be cleaned up then they have been missing this side. Pine needles not being picked up and this belongs to the park Apts responsible. My new neighbors on the east side of me have been the best neighbors so far. They are nice and she offers to my trash out when I try. So thank you for that. Another problem is there is a long bed Chevy truck that parks in backwards in front of my gate. I never can catch who it is but it can’t continue to park so close, with my walker and if I have groceries to carry in it’s a big problem for me to get thru. He can park there I don’t care he just needs to pull his truck up so I can get thru

Office staff Kandance

Kandance was amazing at getting everything together for me! I even changed my move in date and she did everything to make it happen! She really went the extra mile to make sure I was all set up and ready to move in! I’m very grateful for how awesome she was in making the experience of moving into a new place so easy!

Love our home

We lived here from 2016-2019 and loved it then! When we moved back to Lubbock we decided to move back to the Park because they where so awesome the first go around! So far this has also been an amazing experience! I would highly recommend anyone to move her!!

Great place

I love it here it’s so peaceful and quiet. If I have a question I don’t hesitate to call the office or walk in and everything is answered and the office staff are awesome. Neighbors are great and respectful. I hardly need any maintenancing here in my apartment everything was good no problems no complaints it’s the best so far. I would highly recommend this place to my friends, family and to anyone who is looking to get into their own place to call home??????????

My review is about one of your office personnel. Kristal is her name. I have called 3x in the last week and she has called me in a timely manner. Very polite, easy to talk to, and very attentive. My 3 calls were different situations and they were solved in a professional manner. Good hire Park Apts.

PARK APARTMENTS ARE THE BEST

I have been here 3 years and the staff has always been amazing. Maintenance normally is fixing my issues the same day and walk me through any questions I may have. I can always call my apartments office with multiple questions and I always have friendly helping staff. I love this place.

Things just happen

I am a fairly new tenant and so happens my heater has been on the blinks. Of course it would have to be on a weekend two times and a week day once. However I was seen to within a few hours so keep in mind people this is a very large complex and give them a minute because maintenance will show up and when they leave everything is taken care of and never ever leave any kind of mess. Office staff are just plain out good people. They actually care to try to help make this community a good place for each of us. Thank you for always coming to my rescue with a determination to fix whatever needs attention......Office ty for being so kind to me when I called the very first time, simply precious people.....

Danger

Overall I’m satisfied but why doesn’t maintenance put salt on the stairways and sidewalks...especially when walking out of the apartment...very slick and dangerous...

Location

Living at 21 Eleven has been a really enjoyable. We recently renewed our for the second time. The area is great and tons of stuff nearby. The building staff is great.
